Great overall dealership experience Shane was a really pro. He was so great helping me decide on the best option for my budget. Whenever Shane stepped away to verify information there was Scott and Kenny being super helpful with smile on there faces. I love the fact they understand this process can be long and scary. Especially Joey, the financial guy, this job does not seem easy but he was very thoughtful and I really appreciate his candor while answering my numerous questions. This dealership is a bit more than 20 minutes away but their overall is so excellent that I making this my official dealership and I will be coming back to service my car More

Jose was very knowledgeable with the model (Highlander) features and the various trim-levels! As with my previous purchases (Jose was the salesman for all 3-purchases) Jose was accommodating, and professional throughout the transaction(s)!! I visited two(2) other Toyota dealerships closer to my home (Raynham) with no success! Jose & Carlos (Oliviera?) made the trip to Braintree worthwhile! Was able to take a few cars out for a couple of test drives as requested and see all the features of the different trim models and colors for the type of vehicle I was looking for. I was told about all of the features in the vehicle and everything. The staff there was great and funny. Made the whole experience fun and exciting.
