Full service not performed I asked for an oil change and a tire rotation. I only received a tire rotation. Then when I called to see if I received the oil change the service per I asked for an oil change and a tire rotation. I only received a tire rotation. Then when I called to see if I received the oil change the service person argued with me about the service I requested. Weather or not I requested the wrong service I would have expected the service person to just help me resolve the issue and get the oil change scheduled not tell me how I didn’t do the request correctly.
