Drive 100 miles, and they forgot to order the parts. Seems like this dealer isn't very busy when we came in 5 days in advance to make sure they could schedules for service on Friday. Bring the 4runner in for warrantee work and they forgot to order the windshield. Then they tell us a broken lug nut is not covered under the plan. Not service.....but lak of service!!!!! More

My experience at Ressler was far beyond what I ever expected. I arrived earlier than planned to pick up my new car, but that seemed to be no problem to any of the individuals I worked with. Upon entering the dealership, the first person I ran into went out of their way to great me and make me feel comfortable; and that person was not a salesman but rather someone who worked in service. After that, employees not even involved in the trade had conversations with me and made me feel welcome. Everyone was helpful and completely patient and understanding as they not only were working with me but also my seven month old child! There is no doubt that in the future I will go through Ressler again, as well as recommend them to others. Their prices were fair, they are easy to work with from afar, the service is friendly and I LOVE my new Toyota! More
