I bought a 2007 Dodge Nitro from Toyota of Bowie in mid February and when I got the there was a light on in the car I was told it was normal for the Nitro I took it back three times about this issue and ea February and when I got the there was a light on in the car I was told it was normal for the Nitro I took it back three times about this issue and each time I was tilt it was fine. I took the truck somewhere to be serviced just for a oil change and the place I took it to said I needed new tire, brake pads, and a alignment 800 dollars worth of work. I called Toyota all day last friday no one has called me back yet and its Tuesday evening. I am disgusted with the service and will NEVER recommend them to a soul and if I know someone looking for a car I will tell them to stay clear of Toyota of Bowie Used cars. The new car side is great but used sucks. I wonder if I will ever here from them. I can't wait becausebone of my tires blew and had to take it somewhere but never there again. BEWARE! More

Upon arriving at dealer to complete deal was advised that price included a $1,000 rebate for recent college graduate which did not apply to us. We had specifically discussed this before we went back. I bought a new Yaris from Toyota of Bowie on Mar. 13 and traded in my 13 year old Corolla (199,000 miles). The sales person, Scott Snyder, was great in every way. He invited me to test drive the car on a good route with a lot of variety--Interstate highway, two lane road with hills and curves, etc. He was very knowledgable and provided a lot information about the car, the engine and the safety systems. I absentmindedly left $10 in quarters in my trade-in car, but the next day he made sure I got the quarters back. During the sale I opted out of the undercoating/paint sealant/fabric protection. I found everybody in the dealership to be friendly and professional. I was very happy with the price. And I'm extremely happy with this new Yaris! It's fantastic in every way. My mileage so far, manual transmission, ranges from 37.5 to 39.5 mpg (my commute from Columbia to DC includes I-95). I'm happy to recommend Toyota of Bowie. More

Tim contacted me on a Saturday after I had submitted an internet inquiry about a particular Highlander. He told me about the SUV on the lot and gave me pricing, after I had indicated to him that I had tes internet inquiry about a particular Highlander. He told me about the SUV on the lot and gave me pricing, after I had indicated to him that I had test driven another Highlander at a different dealer & received a lower pricing quote he said he would speak to the manager about the pricing and get back to me. Tim called me back immediately & told me that Toyota of Bowie would honor the price I had received from the other dealer. When I indicated that the color combo that was currently available on the lot was not what I wanted, he found out that the dealership was scheduled to receive a Highlander in the exact colors that I had spent 2 days contacting other dealers about. Tim kept me informed, contacting me several times about the status of the anticipated delivery. Once the Highlander had been delivered, he contacted me again to see when I could come in to see and test drive the SUV. From the first contact on Saturday to signing the papers on Tuesday I was very impressed with everyone involved in the transaction. I highly recommend the NEW car sales team at Toyota of Bowie. Everyone we dealt with took their time to make sure we understood everything about the Highlander, its options, the financing and warranties, and that we were happy with our experience. However, I would suggest staying away from the used car sales department. I felt like my husband had purposely been mislead about the pricing of a vehicle over the phone just to get us in the door. Unfortunately the person he was dealing with fit the stereotype of your typical used car salesman. More
My husband and I had been looking for a car for some time and through some persuasive emails from Andre Gistanner we decided to come into the dealership to take a look at a RAV4. When we arrived we found out Andre had a family emergency but he had a co-worker Drew look after us and he did a great job. To our very big surprise, Andre returned to the dealership to make sure we were happy with what we saw and if we would be interested in purchasing that day. Through some very tough negotiating, which was handled very professionally, and encouraging words from Andre, we ended up with a deal we could live with. Andre remained at the dealership till the end, which was 10:30pm that night, and we had found out was actually his day off, just to make sure we left as happy customers. We would definitely recommend Andre, Drew, the finance team and the dealership if someone is looking to purchase a Toyota. Great Job! More
After an internet search, Tim contacted me re: my interest in a new Camry. I came in an hour later and spent about 4 hours with Tim. During that time, Tim was very helpful. I test drove several cars, and with Tim's help, I narrowed down my choices. Then, I had my wife come in, and once again Tim took us for a test drive. By then it came down to color choice. It took tim less than five minutes to find the car - a silver Camry XLE V6. Tim did a grest job. The normally stressful process was actually quite enjoyable. Thanks to Tim. More

I had a unique situation and I was treated as though I had an 750 credit score. I was offered refreshments while I was waiting, Andrew constantly kept me up to date on what was going on in the back offic had an 750 credit score. I was offered refreshments while I was waiting, Andrew constantly kept me up to date on what was going on in the back office and he did not just leave me in the lobby to be ignored. He even had another employee to bring the vehicle to my house because I was there alone. He was oustanding. Leo was also awesome. You can tell these gentlemen have what it takes to make this a great dealership. Your company is fortunate to have these two individuals on your team. Thanks More
My husband and I just recently purchased a Toyota Prius at Toyota of Bowie. We had numerous discussions with Scott Snyder, the Sales Consultant, even before we went to the dealership and we were impressed at Toyota of Bowie. We had numerous discussions with Scott Snyder, the Sales Consultant, even before we went to the dealership and we were impressed his knowledge and professionalism. Based on our discussions, my husband and I were looking forward to meeting and working with Scott. Once there we were more impressed with him. For one thing, he was not pushy or aggressive like some we have encountered at other dealerships. Soott was friendly and so, so, knowledgable about the Prius that we interested in purchasing. He worked to get a fair price on our trade-in without trying to short changed us. When we went for the test drive, he would have answers to questions, before we even asked them. The process with Scott did not take as long as it usually does when you go to a car dealership (which is basically an all day thing). He even took the time to go with us to the Parts Deparment to make sure we got the right accessories that we wanted to order for new Prius. We purchased our car on Friday and he send us an email on Friday evening, thanking us for our business, and called us on Monday to make sure everything was okay and that we were satisfied with the new car. Renee Bates, the Finance Manager was great. She worked to get us the best interest rate she could. She was knowledgeable and gave us good financial advice to help us through the process. She was friendly and had a good sense of humor. She made sure that all the paperwork was in order and completed correctly. My husband and I were a little bit concerned about the paperwork for the Motor Vehicle Administration, but Renee assured us that everything would be fine, and it was. She made us feel secure about the entire process. We could not have asked for better service. My husband and I was more than satisfied with the experience at Toyota of Bowie, and the service of Scott, and Renee. We love our Prius. David and Pattie Agee More
