I was out within an hour and got a free car wash also, both inside and out! My service manager, Sharon, was very friendly and kind. She explained everything and got me out when she said she would. I have had nothing but a great experience with everyone I have worked with at the dealership since buying my first car from them a few years ago. I bought a second car this past November and continue to receive great service at Toyota of Bowie. More

Waiting I had an appointment on Friday at 9:30am for our trucks routine oil change. When I arrived, I asked how long the service would take. I was told appr I had an appointment on Friday at 9:30am for our trucks routine oil change. When I arrived, I asked how long the service would take. I was told approximately 1.5 hours. Two hours and 45 minutes later, I walked over to service and asked how much longer I would have to wait. I was told they were behind and it could take another 10-15 minutes. He said they would also take it to get it washed. I said I don't want to wait any more and declined the car wash that day. I asked if he could find out how much longer because I don't want to spend a third of my day waiting in their dealership. I also asked that if it was going to be another hour before they are done if they could provide me a loaner car so I could at least run a couple errands. I was told they do not have any loaner cars available. He checked on the progress and the remaining time left and returned to tell me (10 minutes later) that it will be ready in about 10 minutes. While finishing up the paperwork, I asked if I could come back another day to have the car washed. He said he could do that but only on the days he works (Thursdays). At least I got that. More

I have to say I was very impressed that they respected my wish and actually let me do my thing without being a nuisance.
