After explaining to the service manager Lorrine Coleman-Ross, she gave an attitude like she did not even care. I really suggest you guys train your staff how to behave and up your service time. But, as we were admiring it, James Braxton walked up, introduced himself and quietly gave us the attention that best suited us. We never felt pressured nor rushed. Mr. Braxton gave us his undivided attention. He was understanding to our likes and dislikes. When we saw another vehicle, we wanted to check out , he got right on it. He was patient, always a professional and quite knowledgeable of the product. We were confident that he gave us the best deal Toyota could offer.
