True Customer Service My first experience shopping at the dealership was not pleasant to me or my spouse. I was referred to Jose Redd, but at the time he wasn't available. Afterward Mr. Redd learned about my experience and what happened and called us personally. He made everything that was wrong with my first experience RIGHT!!. I am not conveying in this review the other staff are not attentive and respectful, but I am saying Jose's attention to detail, listening to the customer and there needs, and lastly he keeps his word. Customer experience like that is very very rare. I don't write many reviews, probably because poor customer service has become the norm and we've got used too it. I hope management gets this...a reasonable customer will not be unreasonable or difficult if they are respected, there business needs are met, and their experience is eventful and stands out. Even if they don't buy your product, that customer will still be walking advertisement for your business. Made the "Impossible" POSSIBLE! I walked into the doors of Toyota of Bowie feeling very "uneasy". Within moments of sitting in the presence of Mr. Jose Redd, i felt all of that "uneasiness" disappear. He assured me that he would help me to get out of the situation and into a Toyota. The entire team worked extremely hard to make it happen, and they did JUST that. I drove off the lot in my 2017 Camry last night and today i feel like a burden has been lifted.
