I recently visited Toyota of Bowie on March 7, 2025, for a tire change, and I had a wonderful experience! The service team was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They got me back on the road quickly an a tire change, and I had a wonderful experience! The service team was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I caught the dealership shelter to Bowie town center and I returned after 2 1/2 hours saw my car in the parking lot and realized that it was ready however l was not notified when my car was ready. It wasn’t until I returned to the dealership 2 1/2 hours later and noticed my car in the parking lot and I realized that it was ready and had been serviced. In the past the representative working with me would call me on the phone and let me know that my car was ready to be picked up, but for some reason I never received a phone call. It’s just so happens when I returned from Bowie Town Center I saw my car in the parking lot and I realized that it was ready for pick up. More
In an attempt to arrive early for my appointment, I was unfortunately given the incorrect paperwork for another individual. This oversight was not rectified until the conclusion of the service. I was informed that a coupon could be utilized, but it was not until then that I was informed of the other dealership that honors coupons from, which had a coupon of $30 less for the same service. Regrettably, this coupon was never applied. I felt taken advantage of for approximately 3-4 hours for an oil change, which is an unprecedented experience for me. Had I not examined my paperwork, I would have inadvertently paid for someone else’s services. I wanted to try a different dealership that I felt would take pride in servicing my vehicle but I was just more informed to be up charged on other things More
Employees are not courteous. First employee I encountered walked away when I started asking a question. Second person was busy on her phone to even notice. Third person couldn’t bother to say hello after I said hello just asked me if I was waiting or just dropping off. When I came back to pick up my vehicle, again no hello just “go wait over there.” Went to the cashier and same third employee did not go over the vehicle report to inform me anything. Cashier was courteous. Only good thing about this place is the location. Prices go up but service goes down. Very disappointing. More
