This is the worse place to buy a used vehicle. I bought my highlander on May 24, and I take a visit there every day for one o other repair which they knew but covered it up. I tried returning it within one week of purchase but was dribbled up and down. On june 30th my battery died on me at the gas station follwoing my service on the 29th. Can you imagine them selling a vehicle knowing fully well that the battery will not serve you more than one month? More

This used to be a great dealership many years ago. I have had 3 Toyotas serviced at this dealership. Lately they seem concerned over profit and growing themselves versus real customer service. Since my have had 3 Toyotas serviced at this dealership. Lately they seem concerned over profit and growing themselves versus real customer service. Since my original service writer has left, there seems to be a high turn over rate, many of the service writers are r there the next time I go that's not good. The only reason I come to this dealership is the service department. Dont even think about the sales department. Tried looking for anew Toyota for my wife at this location and all I got was the run around. They do what they say and that's it, prices are a little high on my opinion. More
