He immediately had manager Tom Braun come and speak with me. Tom took my car out to listen for the thumping noise. He even took the time to call my brother to explain what the noise was. He was very gracious and understanding and we left on good terms. After looking for a few more weeks we decided the Sienna was worth another look. Jason had been so approachable that we called him directly and went straight to him on our return. We were again met with kindness, clear explanations and eventually bought a Sienna from Bowie Toyota. It was by far the best experience we have ever had in car buying and are recommending him to neighbors and friends when they ask. More
