Took my daughters 2021 Corolla with 31000 miles to replace worn ball joint under warranty and was refused the warranty service because I did not approve other suggested work. Call Toyota cooperate got replace worn ball joint under warranty and was refused the warranty service because I did not approve other suggested work. Call Toyota cooperate got a case number but matter is still unresolved. More

This used to be a great dealership many years ago. I have had 3 Toyotas serviced at this dealership. Lately they seem concerned over profit and growing themselves versus real customer service. Since my have had 3 Toyotas serviced at this dealership. Lately they seem concerned over profit and growing themselves versus real customer service. Since my original service writer has left, there seems to be a high turn over rate, many of the service writers are r there the next time I go that's not good. The only reason I come to this dealership is the service department. Dont even think about the sales department. Tried looking for anew Toyota for my wife at this location and all I got was the run around. They do what they say and that's it, prices are a little high on my opinion. More

Toyota of Bowie continues to send my mother mailers asking her to call Dave Gruner for a great deal. I've offered to bring her urn down to the dealership to see him give it his best shot. Still no take asking her to call Dave Gruner for a great deal. I've offered to bring her urn down to the dealership to see him give it his best shot. Still no takers. She's coming up on being gone 7 years. 😔 Talking to Dave personally has done nothing. Opting out numerous times online has proven useless. Calling corporate was only good for a 9 month reprieve. Maybe showing up with a news crew and my lawyer as I place her urn on Dave's desk might do the trick. 🤔 I've owned several Toyotas over the years but I'll never buy another one after this treatment. 😠 More
