***Buyer BEWARE! ! I purchased a 2019 chevy silverado from Toyota of Bourbonnais and one thing that set them apart from other dealers is that they "sweetened" the dea ! I purchased a 2019 chevy silverado from Toyota of Bourbonnais and one thing that set them apart from other dealers is that they "sweetened" the deal with a LIFETIME WARRANTEE on my truck. The truck only had 51,000 miles on it so I thought that was great. And it was until I actually needed to use it. At 111,000 miles the check engine light came on. I took it to Toyota of Bourbonnais to have it checked out. To my surprise, without even opening up the engine they told me that this is a common problem with this engine. I had bad lifters and I needed a whole new engine and in order for the warrantee to cover it I needed to prove that I kept the oil changed according to the manufacturer recommendations. So I gathered all my receipts and submitted them. Then they told me that I had a 19,928 mile gap in the service history and I didn't change my "spark plugs" and "transfer case oil" at 97,500 miles (.which has nothing to do with the issue of the lifters failing in a well oiled engine!). Now there was no gap in the oil changes. The dates, mileage and product was clearly written on the statement But they denied my paperwork saying that it was a statement and not the invoice. So I went back to Reliable Oil & Tire Center and had them print out each individual invoice in my service history so I could prove there was no lapses in my oil change history and then re-submitted them. Then I went back to Toyota of Bourbonnais and then they told me that they still would not honor their warrantee because 1. I didn't change the spark plugs & transfer case oil at 97,500 and now 2. I didn't get my oil changes there. None of this has anything to do with the fact that the Lifters in this truck are clearly Defective!! and Through no fault of mine. I took the matter to Sam the manager and he said he would look into it and so far...Nothing! This experience has impressed upon me that they will find any excuse they can to get out of honoring the warrantee they gave the customer at the time of sale😠😠😠 Hope this helps other buyers made an informed decision. I had a great experience with Matt and Gang at Toyota of Bourbonnais. I came in to the lot looking for a replacement for my 2017 Ford Escape. That I had been reefing on as a work vehicle in the Solar Indust Bourbonnais. I came in to the lot looking for a replacement for my 2017 Ford Escape. That I had been reefing on as a work vehicle in the Solar Industry for 2.5 years. I was looking at the Nissan Kick's line up which wasn't a bad looking set of vehicles. Matt spotted me from over 1/4 mile away and came out to speak with me. Matt is a smart man and knows that you don't walk on the lot unless you are looking to buy. He answered all my questions about the Nissans we went and looked at Toyota Carrola and crossovers which were legit awesome cars. We finally settled on a 2014 Ford Focus. I used to own Focuses and loved my old stick shift. It turned out that this model was also a stick. The vehicle had already seen the light of day so I didn't need to worry about scratching it up in the field at work. Matt Walked me through the process and worked with me to finalize the deal. We had a great time and got great trade-in value for the Ford Escape while settling on a great final price. I wanna give a shout out to Matt's Colleague Caleb and his General Manager Sam. These guys are friggin legends. Everyone I dealt with during my experience was happy, positive and upbeat and made a traditional experience that is typically a slug fest a fun and enjoyable experience. 11/10 Definitely recommend to anyone friend or foe. Great people great experience awesome Lifetime Powertrain Warranty on lubricated parts. Will definitely be back here again soon for my next vehicular purchase. Bravo! More

The first was not a good experience, they talked down to me and were rude. You can be no nonsense and still be kind. April on the other hand was very kind since we walked in. We had to wait a little bit, understandably since we didn’t have an appointment but at the end of the day I drove off in my new car and I wasn’t talked down to the entire process. I would recommend April to anyone. More
