WOW! It was a team approach from the beginning. No pressure, just allowed me to make a decision. Erik walked me through the 4Runner and allowed me to test It was a team approach from the beginning. No pressure, just allowed me to make a decision. Erik walked me through the 4Runner and allowed me to test drive. (I LOVED IT!) The next evening, he wasn't there, but Jeff was. He was so kind and patient and walked me through the beginning of the paperwork. George was encouraging me and told me that if my Chevy had over 208,000, I was going to get more on my Toyota than most people! It was getting late quick, and so the preliminary deal was double digit interest with 4 digit payments, for over 7 years. I left and said that it would be great to keep my payments in the 3 digits. The third day, I received a call from Erik. He said they had my deal and I could come that evening and leave with my new 4Runner. I came in and WOW! Dan did a fantastic job working my information to get me a single digit interest rate with 3 digit payments right where I said I would be most comfortable, all with 6 years!!!! The evening was quick and smooth. Erik was helpful and then Dan made the paperwork go quickly. As I finished, Erik took out a big red bow and allowed me to take my picture with my new car. George came over and gave me a hug, and I feel like I have a new family! Not only superb service, an amazing lifetime warranty, and NO OVERAGE like other dealers. Why go anywhere else? More
