It took over 4 hours to go from "We want this car" to actually owning the car. I wouldn't have docked any stars from that alone, but I had to refuse the extended warranty at least 4 times - and eventually ended up buying it once we found out we could cancel at any time and be refunded every day after date of cancel. I feel like they would not have sold me the car if we didn't take the warranty. One of the arguments made for buying the warranty was essentially that the electronics system was built to fail - and would be very expensive to fix when it did fail. Which has had the side effect of making me have doubts about the actual build quality of Toyota cars. This is our first Toyota, and we chose them BECAUSE we were told by friends and family they're reliable (Especially Corollas), but the person WORKING for Toyota tells us they're not? I did not receive a confirmation of any sort that the extended warranty was actually canceled, so that's been nagging me as well. To top it off, one of the extra fees they tack on is spraying a 10 dollar can of fabric protector, and charging $2,000 for it. We were informed by multiple people this was non-negotiable. If I was not under a time constraint to purchase a new car, I probably would have walked out. This ended up being the worst car purchase experience I've had to date, AND the most expensive car I've purchased to date. I just feel taken advantage of. More

To start off I was a happy customer. I even gave a 5 out of 5 star rating. Now I know that I should have waited to write a review. The amount of times I have had to come in to this deale I even gave a 5 out of 5 star rating. Now I know that I should have waited to write a review. I was told countless times by the person that sold me the car and the old sales manager, not to worry about my situation and that they had it handled. I decided to randomly call today to check on the matter and the person that said they had me covered no longer works here. I will never refer anyone to this dealership ever. After finally feeling like the issue was being resolved, I showed up to the issue not being corrected as it should’ve been. The new general sales manager, Michael Schwann, acted like he didn’t know anything about the matter and didn’t care to, just told me I got a really good deal and offered me a tank of gas. Honestly pathetic. I should’ve just kept my old car and never come here. If deciding to come here, save the hassle, your time, and money. More

This was our fifth purchase at this location. The people I worked with were friendly and knowledgable. I had signed and agreed to a final cost, and then went through the whole process again with the finance representative. I ended up spending more than I had agreed to initially. I appreciated them getting to my price initially, but regret that I gave in at the end and spent $5000 over my goal. More
