I have never been treated so poorly by a dealership as I was here. Due to their paperwork screw up, we now have to pay to have the license plates transferred to my husbands name. They admitted it was their was here. Due to their paperwork screw up, we now have to pay to have the license plates transferred to my husbands name. They admitted it was their mistake, but they refuse to assist us, even though they are in the wrong. We will not be returning to this dealership due their horrible handing of this issue More

Good customer service, Erik Lawrence from sales & Dan Ballard from accounts dept made the experience very pleasant. I was looking for sienna for the last year and half. I also had reached out to at least Ballard from accounts dept made the experience very pleasant. I was looking for sienna for the last year and half. I also had reached out to at least 5 dealerships & booked with some deposit up front. Toyota of Bourbonnais was the last Dealership where I booked my sienna and believe it or not Erik reached out to me every time, they had something close to what I was looking for. all & all less than 5 months since I booked with Erik, I got my sienna. we still have 1 more sienna we are waiting on from the same dealership for my brother. They got my business for every time we are looking for a new Toyota vehicle. More
