No deal without a ceramic coating and third party brake light on a car not even delivered yet. This is not how you do business, by forcing customers to buy optional accessories to make up for markup you do light on a car not even delivered yet. Please reconsider your sales tactics. It is offensive to me when a sales person is defending illogical policies or decisions. Unlike my Google review, I will acknowledge Matt tried to assist me and get things working. Its the absurd requirement and lacking offering on my trade that ruined my experience and caused me to purchase my car at a competing dealership. No amount of friendliness and care will make up for bad deal offer and refusal to negotiate a dime. More

They helped me secure a vehicle waiting to be delivered and even helped me out with getting me a lower interest rate and with all the discounts and promos I was eligible for. I appreciate Matt Schergen for taking the time to build a friendship with me and always making time to help me get into the right vehicle time and time again. I’m a very picky customer but he always made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Dan in finance never once complained about making an extra call to Toyota Financial to make sure I got the best rate possible and that I was comfortable with my payments.
