Jeff was an outstanding salesman. This is the second car we purchased from him! He took a lot of time with us. April did an outstanding job of helping us track down the very hard to get Toyota Sienna! We did have to wait for some time but, April was prompt with her communication throughout the process. April listened to what we said we wanted and got us exactly that. From our first visit we were provided an OTD price quote which was a breath of fresh air. We were not given any run around or forced into any additional products that we didn't want. Bottom line is that we knew what we wanted and April delivered on exactly that! We are glad we got to work with her and would absolutely recommend her service to anyone in the car market! Dan Ballard also did a great job helping us finish things up in the finance office and explaining our options for us. He let us decide what we thought was best with our financing options. I have read and heard stories of customers getting forced into certain products etc. but at Toyota of Bourbonnais we were empowered and served very well! More

April Stratton is great came in on her day off to help make the deal happen!! We started our venture to buy a vehicle 1 week ago and the Tundra was the first vehicle we looked at and test drove!! WOW we l make the deal happen!! We started our venture to buy a vehicle 1 week ago and the Tundra was the first vehicle we looked at and test drove!! WOW we loved it but didn’t want to say yes on the very first one. We actually was in the finance office at a different dealership ready to sign on another truck when we just couldn’t get the Tundra out of our minds! We literally text April at the other dealership and told her that we wanted the tundra. She basically dropped what she was doing and came and met us on her day off to help close the deal. The Toyota of Bourbonnais has great customer service from the sales to the management to the financial class a act all around. More
