Great experience! Janelle goes above and beyond in sales. My wife and I made Janelle and Ray work very hard! Looked at many vehicles! Test drove many. It was a six hou Janelle goes above and beyond in sales. My wife and I made Janelle and Ray work very hard! Looked at many vehicles! Test drove many. It was a six hour total process as we bought two vehicles and set up another when it comes in! Janelle and Ray also had to deal with us trading in 3 vehicles! They were very respectful even with me being cranky at times! If you go into Toyota of Bourbonnais ask for Janelle! More

April was a great sales professional for my new car purchase. Intuitively knew what information to share and teach, and what I would know, I could tell that everything she heard from me influenced her purchase. It's nice to know when someone is actually listening to you. She showed a high level of knowledge, and put out no pushy-sales vibe at all.
