So my husband and I were in the market to buy a car and we decided to start at the Toyota dealership..just looking around! He's deffinentally not your typical salesman, he made us comfortable, his hospitality was a 10, and his honesty and experience really made an impact on our decisions! Like I said, we only had 2 hours with Tony, and within those 2 hours Tony was not only able to sell us a car, but he has also captured our trust and friendship. I myself was a little apprehensive and afraid of the carbuying process, but Tony put my worries at ease and actually made it a very FUN experience. I found myself enjoying the test drives, and Tony was there to answer any of our questions with through bacground knowledge. And believe it or not, we went in the day after we bought just to sign papers, and the car was a little dirty and Tony got it rewashed for us! Tony was honest, helpful and always available anytime we had any comments or concerns. About 6 months after we purchased the car, it needed service. There was no loaner car available, so Tony let us borrow his personal car while ours was repaired.
