I would like to thank Tony Malzone for his help yet again. My wife and I were out just to look and see what was available and to see what we could get for a trade-in value on our van. We came into the dealership on a Saturday night, not realizing that the store was closed. We had spent the afternoon at another dealership getting the typical run around. Even though the store was closed, Tony greeted us with a smile and welcomed us to stay. We knew we wanted to purchase the Toyota Hybrid Camry, and knew what we could afford. We took the car for a test drive and asked them to give us the best deal possible. We had to wait a short time while the finance person was finishing up with other customers. My husband and I were very impressed when Bruce,the store owner, came out, pulled up a chair, and chatted with us while we waited. When it was our turn, there was no game playing as we had experienced at the previous location. We reviewed the numbers, and decided to purchase the car. We offered to do the paper work on Monday, as four employees were already staying well past closing time to accomidate us. They insisted it was no problem, and we left that evening with our vehicle. We experienced outstanding customer service. A big thank you to Tony, owner Bruce, Dan the financial person, and Rich who stayed to detail my car. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone wishing to purchase an automobile. I normally DREAD the process of bickering in a car deaership. This was truly an enjoyable exerience.
