All the deals listed on his e:mail were there at the dealership and his assurance that they "don't play games" at the dealership is true. The price of the new Rav 4 and the value given for my trade-in was very fair. The deal agreed to in his office, was the deal I got and the entire process was actually a fun experience. There were no surprises in the finance office. Dave really listened to what I wanted and was able to construct a deal that met my needs. I'm extremely happy with this purchase. I had searched at a couple dealerships after the Chicago Auto Show (2011) for vehicles that I had seen and was interested in. I stopped at another brand vehicle dealer and was very disappointed, so went afterwards to David Bruce. True to his word, Jason put me in an SRX to test drive. I was still torn in my decision, and returned to David Bruce and test drove another SRX. I fell in love with it. The deal was fantastic and the vehicle is wonderful.
