I came in to look at used 2010's. Tony was very helpful and showed me a number of them. The Corolla fit in my price range. Dave Sosnowski knows his craft as well as anyone... scratch that...better than anyone. He was able to do what other dealerships/sales managers weren't able to do. We had visited numerous dealerships scratch that...better than anyone. He was able to do what other dealerships/sales managers weren't able to do. We had visited numerous dealerships and companies and talked to many sales associates and managers prior to Dave. Nobody was able to do what he did! He heard what we wanted, was upfront with what he had to offer (which by the way was a pretty good deal!), and made us feel very comfortable throughout the car buying process which I had learned to hate up to that point. To top it all off, he did all this over the phone! When my wife and I arrived at his office the only thing left to do was completing the paperwork. No hassle, no gimmicks, NO KIDDING! Two years later my brother went through the same process, initially avoided Dave Bruce Center due to distance, only to have me buy his car over the phone (again) from Dave Sosnowski in the end. My cousin may be next! By the way, of course there is a chance that your experience may differ but I feel very confident that it will not. P.S. It does not hurt that you can also get $100 cash for every referral, which in my brother's case we applied to the price of the car and I will be doing the same for my cousin if she decides to make the move. I felt very at ease with Tony. I have known him for years and he treated me just like family. He took his time and was very patient with me. I was able to test drive numerous cars. I went from and all wheel drive suv that was a gas hog and only got 18 mpg, to a Toyota Camary that will get around 32-35 mpg. I'm sure I will save a bundle on gas. It will take a little while to get use to sitting lower than what I am use to, but in time I know I will be happy with the vehicle. I've only had the car for 2-3 days and so far so good. I would highly recommend Tony Malzone to my friends and family. He is terrific. More

This was, by far, one of the best car purchasing experiences I've ever had. Prior to contacting Dave, I researched the vehicle and had a pretty good idea of what was a fair price. I'd spoken with a few other "internet dealers", but they were very vague in answering questions, obviously in the effort to get me to come in instead. But when I ran across the internet ad for David Bruce Auto, I contacted Dave Sosnowski, told him what I was looking for, explained I lived very far out and was NOT looking to waste either of our time. Dave responded back quickly and professionally and the rest is history! GREAT job, Dave! I'd also like to point out that I found David Bruce Auto's contact session on their internet page very refreshing. It gave me the OPTION of being contacted by phone or email. I like to be in control of how and when I'm contacted. Since I chose internet, I can respond at my leisure. With other dealers, I've been FORCED to leave a number and I'd receive various calls at inopportune times. Thanks again for a wonderful experience! More
