My experience with salesman Dave Sosnowski was the best I have ever had in the 20 years I've been buying cars. I had done alot of research on SUV's, trade-ins, etc.. The process started with a request I made over the internet for a quote on a Rav4. Dave responded to my request within the hour with a phone call and an e:mail reply. All the deals listed on his e:mail were there at the dealership and his assurance that they "don't play games" at the dealership is true. The price of the new Rav 4 and the value given for my trade-in was very fair. The deal agreed to in his office, was the deal I got and the entire process was actually a fun experience. There were no surprises in the finance office. Dave really listened to what I wanted and was able to construct a deal that met my needs. I'm extremely happy with this purchase. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone looking to purchase either a new or used car! More

Our experience with dealers had been poor to say the least in the past. We found ourselves in need of a new vehicle for my wife the same weekend a huge blizzard decided to nearly bury our little town. N least in the past. Not only was David Bruce still open despite, but they gladly tore apart the motor on our car and the mechanic took time to show me exactly where the problem was. I was impressed. It was recommended that we consider a new car and we are glad we did. Tony was polite and easy going even though we were keeping him from leaving before the roads got really bad. He went out of his way to see that we got a great deal and great warranty coverage. He was not pushy but patient as we made our decision and we are extremely happy with the follow up service we have received. I had searched at a couple dealerships after the Chicago Auto Show (2011) for vehicles that I had seen and was interested in. I stopped at another brand vehicle dealer and was very disappointed, so went afterwards to David Bruce. True to his word, Jason put me in an SRX to test drive. I was still torn in my decision, and returned to David Bruce and test drove another SRX. I fell in love with it. The deal was fantastic and the vehicle is wonderful. The finance manager, Mr Roti was also very helpful in explaining the financing and extended warranty options, again without pressure. What a great team!
