I felt very at ease with Tony. I have known him for years and he treated me just like family. He took his time and was very patient with me. I was able to test drive numerous cars. He pointed out the pros and cons to each car and was able to work with me on my trade in and my budget to get a new car. I went from and all wheel drive suv that was a gas hog and only got 18 mpg, to a Toyota Camary that will get around 32-35 mpg. I'm sure I will save a bundle on gas. It will take a little while to get use to sitting lower than what I am use to, but in time I know I will be happy with the vehicle. I've only had the car for 2-3 days and so far so good. I would highly recommend Tony Malzone to my friends and family. He is terrific. More
Came in to look at the Toyota Prius. Met with sales Rep John Crawford. We found a Prius that we liked and tried to come to a Price. John brought in Mr. Dickstien the owner. The issue was we did not want John Crawford. We found a Prius that we liked and tried to come to a Price. John brought in Mr. Dickstien the owner. The issue was we did not want to run a credit check because our credit is borderline. Finally, they provided with what we thought were agreeable terms. We filled out a credit app. and told him not to run it over 3 times. As of today we have had 9 rejections. I phoned David Bruce and of course John is not available and of course Mr Dickstein is not available and of course the Manager is not available. This isn;t the first time I have had issues with David Bruce, another time John tried to sell my son a car that was listed on the internet as one price and for my sone "they were giving him a deal" for $5,000 than listed. I sure wish I could find an attorney to go after them. More
This was, by far, one of the best car purchasing experiences I've ever had. Prior to contacting Dave, I researched the vehicle and had a pretty good idea of what was a fair price. I'd spoken with a few other "internet dealers", but they were very vague in answering questions, obviously in the effort to get me to come in instead. But when I ran across the internet ad for David Bruce Auto, I contacted Dave Sosnowski, told him what I was looking for, explained I lived very far out and was NOT looking to waste either of our time. Dave responded back quickly and professionally and the rest is history! GREAT job, Dave! I'd also like to point out that I found David Bruce Auto's contact session on their internet page very refreshing. It gave me the OPTION of being contacted by phone or email. I like to be in control of how and when I'm contacted. Since I chose internet, I can respond at my leisure. With other dealers, I've been FORCED to leave a number and I'd receive various calls at inopportune times. Thanks again for a wonderful experience! More
Everyone was extremely friendly. I do not like car shopping and other dealerships made me feel like there were vultures coming for me. If I have any criticism it is that the whole process moved so quickly and smoothly that we did not understand or discuss all the options or benefits of ownership in the most beneficial way.
