I have to say this was the easiest, most enjoyable car purchase I have ever had. Dave was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions and was very respectful. This was the first time I purchased a Toy purchase I have ever had. Dave was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions and was very respectful. I bought a new Camry on July 16th. So on Monday afternoon I bit the bullet and decided to get serious about buying a car. I decided to take my 18 year old son so I could give him a lesson in how to know when your about to get screwed. Needless to say he got a lesson in how a customer should be treated when purchasing a vehicle. Tony, my salesperson, is a friendly, very likable guy who doesn't put on a facade of concern in order to sell you a car. He is genuine guy and my xx radar never beeped once when my son and I test drove two vehicles. I was offered a fair price, was treated respectfully and never felt pressured at any time. We had several qualifications for the used van we were looking for. One of the possibilities was located at this dealership about 45 minutes from our home. Our first positive was when we called to name an expected arrival time of about 3 hours later and were told that the van would be brought up to the front and put on hold for us! After looking at it, my husband said he would really like to have our mechanic check it out. We were given a ready okay to do that (as soon as Dave called another interested party to check on their status for working any financing out --- he was honest and up front with both of us); and since we were on a time limit, we were also told to give a call on our way back and the paperwork would be all done, ready for us to sign. We were on our way home early! Only a few months ago, we accompanied our son to purchase a used vehicle from a dealer. We had to sit and talk with three different people and we waited for more time than we talked! My husband was also ridiculed for his concerns in front of his waiting family. The negative experience continued for the next week with our son and my husband losing sleep over the whole thing. (It was resolved very positively after my husband went to the owner.) Our experience at David Bruce was positive from the very beginning and continuing after we had made the purchase. We were treated with kindness, consideration, and respect. The price was great; there was absolutely no high pressure selling; we dealt with one person from start to finish and he did not have to go talk to someone else while we waited either! More
We saw the vehicle on Craigslist Thursday night and within 24 hours we were driving home in it! We'd been looking for just the right truck for several months and we were so impressed with Dave Sosnowsk within 24 hours we were driving home in it! We'd been looking for just the right truck for several months and we were so impressed with Dave Sosnowski that we were willing to drive over 160 miles roundtrip to check it out. I am very glad we did as Dave allowed us to test drive the vehicle for an extended amount of time and really check it out top to bottom with no high pressure sales tactics. This is the 5th car we have purchased from Janelle. SHE is the reason we come to your dealership and I'll tell you why... She treats us with great respect, she is very knowledgeable about the vehicles, but is the reason we come to your dealership and I'll tell you why... She treats us with great respect, she is very knowledgeable about the vehicles, but she presents the information objectively, without pressure of any kind, and in a manner that is easy to understand. She is honest, pleasant, accomodating and we truly appreciate working with her. She knows our needs and wants, and never tries to talk us into anything we don't want or need. She has outstanding customer service skills and conveys real energy and pride in what she does. This time, during the closing of this sale, we did endure a brief video presentation by another associate about the vehicle interior and exterior protection plan. I'm sure this is a corporate directive, but it nearly tarnished an otherwise perfect transaction. I'll not sit through that the next time. More

Tony Malzone is the man!! I came into David Bruce Toyota for scheduled maintenance on my current vehicle (tire rotation/oil change). It was a nice day so I decided to take a stroll through the lot to check for scheduled maintenance on my current vehicle (tire rotation/oil change). It was a nice day so I decided to take a stroll through the lot to check out the inventory with no intentions of purchasing a vehicle. That's when I met Tony. Tony introduced himself and said he was there to help if I needed anything (not your typical sales person that acts like the world will end if he doesnt make a sale). I began talking to Tony about a loaded 2011 Toyota 4Runner parked on the lot that was marked way down from the original sale price. To make a longer story short, I was able to purchase this vehicle for much less than I intended while still getting top dollar for my trade in. Tony and the crew at David Bruce are very knowledgeable and great to do business with. I have no hesitations recommending Tony to any person considering the purchase of a new vehicle. More
