A GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE AND HONESTY STILL EXIST!! I've had some bad luck with used vehicle purchases in the past, and so I was very apprehensive about buying a used vehicle again. However, my budget I've had some bad luck with used vehicle purchases in the past, and so I was very apprehensive about buying a used vehicle again. However, my budget was tight and would not permit me to investigate new or certified pre-owned options. I'm here to tell you that David Bruce is the best! They're honest, they're incredibly accommodating, and they will go out of their way to make you feel a part of the family. Tony is no exception to the rule. I can tell that making people feel comfortable is a big deal to him. Basically, he spent four hours test driving with my wife and I (a skeptic, because now I have to question every sound I hear because of my previous car buying experiences). He even went so far as to provide breakfast for my wife and me, since we had not eaten previous to arriving at the dealership! What other dealership, let alone salesman, do you know that will provide breakfast for their customers?? That's how far Tony will go to make you feel a part of the family!! I do have to add here that Tony spent a total of 40 or so minutes test-driving vehicles I was interested in prior to me ever setting foot in the dealership. I know, because I talked with him on the phone (he was hands-free =) while he was driving them. He did everything I asked him to: "Make a hard right and a left! Does it make any sound other than the tires squealing? Floor the gas! Does it shift smoothly into the next gear?" Any questions I had, and I had a LOT of them, he was patient to answer. I probably made a total of 15 or more phone calls to ask him one question or another. Each time Tony answered the phone, he was incredibly patient, helpful, professional, and family-like while dealing with my questions. The final part of my experience that sealed the deal was the financing. I'm here to tell you that not all Toyota dealerships are operated with any sensitivity toward you and your bank account. I recently purchased a vehicle at another dealership that was the same exact price as the one I bought and David Bruce. Their financing (due to hidden fees and such) came out to be $1200 more than David Bruce. $1200!!! Don't waste your time anywhere else! Give Tony a call! More
