From the moment we walked into this dealership we were treated like family. Janelle was super friendly and welcoming and answered all of our questions without hesitation. Janelle went above and beyond taking care of us and was knowledgeable on all of the specifications on our Grand Highlander and gave us a thorough demonstration on all of the features before we took off. Dan the man took care of us with ease and advised us on our best options when it came to the financing and paperwork. The general manager also made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of, we felt like family at this place! My Fiancé and I visited the Bourbonnais Toyota today and cannot stress how happy we are we did!!! We originally went there looking for a new car for me but instead we did a 2fer, we each bought a new car on cannot stress how happy we are we did!!! We originally went there looking for a new car for me but instead we did a 2fer, we each bought a new car on Saturday! Customer service was excellent from the time we walked in and met the General Manager Sam and Matt our salesman. I had tons of questions, and we test drove a bunch a cars until we both found exactly what we wanted. Sam and Matt assisted us with all of this while making us feel comfortable and all our questions answered. Dan in finance was awesome also helping us get the best possible interest rate and made the whole process quick. 5 stars for the service and professionalism we both received from this dealership. Hope this helps other consumers who are looking for the next car. Thanks again Toyota! More
