Dan the man took care of us with ease and advised us on our best options when it came to the financing and paperwork. The general manager also made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of, we felt like family at this place! Customer service was excellent from the time we walked in and met the General Manager Sam and Matt our salesman. I had tons of questions, and we test drove a bunch a cars until we both found exactly what we wanted. Sam and Matt assisted us with all of this while making us feel comfortable and all our questions answered. Dan in finance was awesome also helping us get the best possible interest rate and made the whole process quick. 5 stars for the service and professionalism we both received from this dealership. Looked at 4Runner and was very interested but wanted to bring my wife. I offered to put a deposit down to hold it until my wife was off work. This was only a couple of hours. April the salesperson said no bring my wife. I offered to put a deposit down to hold it until my wife was off work. This was only a couple of hours. April the salesperson said no need for that. At 4:15pm April sent a text saying I'll see you soon. We arrived back at dealer at 4:40pm and the car was sold. Already plated and the buyer and salesperson in it. That was really xxxxty because I offered to put money down and at 4:15pm when she texted me it was clearly already sold. One thing you hope you find in a dealer is honesty and fairness. Neither of these is true for this dealer. She never even texted back an apology or anything. I contacted the dealer through their site and received a call from Manager on my voicemail. I returned the call and had to leave him a message and never heard back. Clearly, they don't give a xxxx. I would never go back here. Can't believe they treat customers this way. Very deceitful !!!
