I called, talked to Rob Reus, told him the situation and that I would be by in about 2 hours with a trailer to load the Pontiac if the car was acceptable and as I expected. Rob had the car ready when I arrived. I drove it, inspected it, accepted a fair offer, and then went to load the car on my trailer. While I was doing that, Dave Sosnowski assembled all the paperwork, and when I came back in, everything was ready. I've never bought a car in so little time - nice! In addition, I was treated extremely well and afforded a smooth, professional, respectful transaction, even given the VERY low price I wound up paying for this well-worn used car. David Bruce Toyota Cadillac and Rob Reus are on the list the next time we need to look for a car, even though it's 85 miles from us. More

Service was done in a most timely fashion and appears to have been done satisfactorily. I called them back regarding some curious numbers that appeared on the service invoice, and they were most courteous in their explanation. Service rep Steve was affable and friendly. By the way, I see a review written by Dustin21, which shows a picture of Toyota salesperson Janelle Hindmand; Janelle was our sales representative back in 2012, and, if you're considering a new Toyota--and Toyotas can usually be counted on for reliability--Janelle would be the "one" to see and deal with at this particular dealership.
