I had a very good experience in the Toyota Boardman location. my one and only complaint is that my car only came with one set of keys however Jessica Ramdin my sales rep went above and beyond to try t location. my one and only complaint is that my car only came with one set of keys however Jessica Ramdin my sales rep went above and beyond to try to get them back for me so I'm ok with it. Jessica was a wonderful!! I manage a Verizon corporate location and Jessica displayed the world class customer service that we emphasize to our employees. She even offered to get my wife and I some coffee and donuts when arriving to pick up my vehicle ! Everyone in the location was super friendly and the lady in finance was super nice and helpful when choosing the correct options to meet our needs. On a scale from 1 - 10 I would rate Toyota Boardman a 100. Superb team who knows how to make customers feel like friends and family !! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!!
