I was referred to Toyota of Boardman by my sister as she had bought a car there a month earlier. Knowing I don't enjoy shopping for car she told me if I went there I would be treated well and get a great de had bought a car there a month earlier. Knowing I don't enjoy shopping for car she told me if I went there I would be treated well and get a great deal. After my experience there I feel that is an under statement. When I met Tanner I was surprised by how friendly he was. It also meant a lot that he wasn't pushy. He was very up front and honest which was refreshing. He was very thorough in explaining the whole process. I got a great deal on my trade in and feel I was treated more than fair. When I was taken to the finance department, the kindness and thoroughness continued. In spite of it being a very busy day for them Erica met me with a smile. She was very personable and even though it was the end if the day she took her time and reviewed everything with me. My salesman Tanner also stayed late and did not leave until I had pulled off the lot! I can say that buying this car was a great experience and would like to say thanks you to all who made it so. Also it is good to know I can stop back for a free car wash anytime! I am sure you will be seeing me for all my future car needs. More

Bought an '04 Surburban beginning of February, about 45 days later we had to pay $1800 dollars to replace the electronic brake system modulator and valve, as well as a section of 9 brake lines that the Pre days later we had to pay $1800 dollars to replace the electronic brake system modulator and valve, as well as a section of 9 brake lines that the Preston Service Department tried to say were not rusted enough to need replaced. One of the most important aspects of a vehicle, especially when I'm putting my four children and wife at risk each time we got into the vehicle before finding out what the problem was and then getting it fixed, but yet that's not covered under the dealers 90 day warranty. I got the old parts from my mechanic to show the xxxx bags they were wrong. I have been attempting to get reimbursed some amount from this dealership and still have not got any answers other than the sales personell telling me they are waiting on the owner. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE! This is coming from a guy that has bought 4 vehicles through Preston dealerships. Do not take a chance with this place unless you do your homework beforehand. More
I found a recent trade in at cars.com and contacted the dealership. I let them know that I wanted to see/test drive the car and they informed me they just received it on trade in and it had not been detail dealership. When I expressed interest in viewing the car on the weekend they made sure the outside of the vehicle was detailed and had the car waiting for me by the entrance to the showroom for inspection and a comprehensive test drive. I was to meet with Bobby Preston who was very friendly and introduced me to our salesman Jerry Chervany. Jerry rode along for the comprehensive test drive and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. I live approximately an hour drive from this dealership and only traveled this distance because of the interest in the '99 Rav 4. I will say I was very impressed with the dealership and all of the staff members that I encountered. After the test drive and agreed upon price, they let me know that they still wanted their service department to check the vehicle bumper to bumper to ensure there were no major problems. Kudos, I had agreed to purchase the vehicle and they still wanted to make sure that it was in good working order! I will definately not think twice about recommending this dealership to anyone and will look to them in the future for purchases. I was extremely satisfied with the salesman Jerry Chervany. I am of the baby boomer era and it was refreshing not to have to deal with a high pressure sales pitch. Hats off to you Toyota of Boardman and Jerry Chervany you definately earned yourself a new customer!! More
Me and my family always shopped toyota I was in need of a car badly so I went to see Shane since he was highly recommened and explained to him my sitution. He showed me couple cars that would best suit me and my family he had them serviced and cleaned right away. After test driving a couple and talking to Shane I narrowed it down to one car, his prices were very reasonable too. Next day I drove off in my new toyota thanks to Shane and the Preston Toyota Family. Im very happy and pleased with my purchase and would recommend it too anybody thats want a dealership they can trust and count on! More

Everything was explained to us every step of the way, by all three, Bobby, Mike, & Eric. I am also impressed with thier pricing. It definately caught me off guard, yet refreshing. Our entire experience with this dealership was 'Top Drawer' all the way. It went so smooth and easy, it only felt like we were there for minutes and not two hours. If you want to be treated like a good friend and shown respect with very attentive service. Preston Toyota is the place to be! Jessica was a wonderful!! I manage a Verizon corporate location and Jessica displayed the world class customer service that we emphasize to our employees. She even offered to get my wife and I some coffee and donuts when arriving to pick up my vehicle ! Everyone in the location was super friendly and the lady in finance was super nice and helpful when choosing the correct options to meet our needs. On a scale from 1 - 10 I would rate Toyota Boardman a 100. Superb team who knows how to make customers feel like friends and family !! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!!
