My visit to the dealership began with a routine service appt. Where I was welcomed by Joanne in her typical friendly warm fashion. I got checked in and was prepared to wait. That is where I ran into Rich and the a few test drives later and a lot of conversation I became a proud owner of a new owner of a beautiful venza. I loved my highlander and have no complaints about owning her. I was just ready for a change! I look forward to continuing my relationship with toyota! This was the best car buying experience we ever had. I contacted Jim first by a phone call and he e-mailed the information I requested. After a friendly greeting and looking at the Toyota Camry, we selected a color, which they didn't have on the lot. Jim was able to quickly locate what we wanted at another dealership. We wrote a check for a deposit and was out of there within 45 minutes. We are looking forward to enjoying our new Camry as much as our two previous ones. There was no pressure to buy now and no changing of the price once we got there. More

Great experience. My wife and I started to enter a Nissan dealer, when my wife said "I thought we were going to look at the Toyotas". We turned around and drove back to look at the Toyotas, with no real inte dealer, when my wife said "I thought we were going to look at the Toyotas". I have given an overall rating of excellent because the service we received was exceptional. Jim really made the car buying experience a good one. Two years ago we bought a car and it was the worst experience ever, and we never wanted to buy another car again. Fortunately, Jim made the experience relaxing and no pressure and let the car sell itself. We especially liked the fact that they were very nice and friendly with our daughter. We definitely liked the atmosphere as it was very open and inviting. The fact that we get the toyota care package for two years was the icing on the cake. We truly had a great experience and will refer others to your store. More
