This was the best car buying experience we ever had. I contacted Jim first by a phone call and he e-mailed the information I requested. After a friendly greeting and looking at the Toyota Camry, we selected a color, which they didn't have on the lot. Jim was able to quickly locate what we wanted at another dealership. We wrote a check for a deposit and was out of there within 45 minutes. We are looking forward to enjoying our new Camry as much as our two previous ones. There was no pressure to buy now and no changing of the price once we got there. More

Great experience. My wife and I started to enter a Nissan dealer, when my wife said "I thought we were going to look at the Toyotas".
