It is a large comfortable newly remodeled dealership, and is easy to get to, just a few minutes off of the expressway. Their location in suburban Youngstown is also a great location to test drive vehicles. The sales person Kevin Bertilacci had everything ready in a timely manner. He was friendly and down to earth, but very professional, and he also didn't try to get us to buy something else, which I appreciated. The Finance person Eric found us a great rate and took time to explain available warranties etc. I highly recommend buying from this Toyota dealership. More

I gave the ratings that I gave because Steve was terrific. I told him I wanted a Rav4, something a little bit sporty since I have 3 sons. Not many salespeople have know what I have wanted, but Steve hit the nail on the head. Just so I would not overthink buying a vehicle I did not intend to purchase, I went ahead and test drove a Rav 4. NO COMPARISON!
