Recently; we asked Mike to set up a test drive of a Rav-4. Mike inquired as to what options we preferred and allowed us to test drive both a 4 and six cylinder model. He provided each of us with a cold bottle of water and the assurance that we should take our time and experience both highway abd city driving. All of questions were answered in a friendly and professional manner. A conversation the next day resulted in a tentative deal. Mike Butream then went the extra mile for his customer(s). A discussion about our current lease led to his doing a quick and efficient check and an option that we had not known about became a very pleasant surprise. Thanks Mike for going that extra mile.
