My intent was to just browse for the day; however the day ended with me purchasing a new 2013 Toyota Camry. I cannot believe I made a decision to purchase a new car! I can only attribute my purchase to Scott Riddle (the newest sales person) who was extremely patient, kind and attentive listening and answering my questions. While test driving varies vehicles, he patiently explained various features. The team work of Scott Riddle and his Manager Joshua Bakuhn provided me clarity to my choice; they were a awesome team. My husband and I went to Toyota to look at the Venza, basically just to say we had checked out everything before we purchased a Subaru Outback. We weren't expecting to like the Toyota Venza, but when John Sallmen showed us the Venza and took us for a test drive, we loved the car! We had worked with Jerry Chervany previously as well, when we had come in a week before to look at the Highlander (which we liked, but it was too big for our family at this point). Both John and Jerry were very helpful without being overbearing or pushy. Everyone that we encountered at Preston Toyota was very helpful, friendly and professional (everyone at all the Preston dealerships we visited were very kind and helpful for that matter). John was able to get us everything we wanted in a car, all within our budget, which we appreciate. Also, we came in not too long before closing one night, and John was gracious enough to stay past closing to help us, and then come in on his day off the next day when we came back to get the Venza. Eric Sanata helped us with all the financing paperwork, and he was very good at explaining the complicated paperwork simply. Overally, we had a very positive experience at Toyota of Boardman, and we anticipate being return customers the next time we're looking for a new car. More
John Sallmen was one of the best sales consultant I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was funny and courteous and at the same time professional. I would recommend John and I would also recommend Erica who, while I only dealt with for a short amount of time, was also friendly and a pleasure to sign paperwork with. I was in the market for "new" used car after having driven nothing but Honda cars for 20 years. I was on my way to the Honda Store just up the road. Decided to stop in Toyota to see if the Camr having driven nothing but Honda cars for 20 years. I was on my way to the Honda Store just up the road. Decided to stop in Toyota to see if the Camry's were all I had heard they were. John Mitsos approached me in the lot as I was looking around. He answered my questions, suggested a couple Camrys to look at and, in the end, saw that I got a fair price on my trade-in and the 2012 Camry LE I bought. The people at the dealership that I encountered were polite and professional. My overall experience was very good. More

John Sallmen was a very polite young man who was doing everything he could to make me happy. I was outside looking at the car I was interested in and he came out and asked me if I wanted to drive it. Next thing I knew, we were inside going over the details. I ended up getting the 2013 Limited Rav 4 and absolutely love it! I would definitely recommend him to a family member if they were shopping for a car. His enthusiasm about the car is very obvious. Eric Sanatta was also very nice to deal with. Unfortunately, he has to give you the final details of this huge expense, but he does it in a very nice and professional way. I am looking forward to being a happy Toyota customer. More

I've never had as nice of an experience purchasing a car as I did with the staff at Toyota of Boardman.
