John introduced us to Victor Piccione who worked diligently through the sale process. We had a limited mount of cash and did not want to take out a loan. Victor and John made it possible to purchase the 2011 white Camry XLE 4 door sedan. As a result, we were able to also purchase the wrap warranty. Victor explained the car fax details and gave us a copy of it. He gave us the car measurements,type of oil, the certification process. He took us on a test drive and explained details of entry,shifting,heater,lights and many other things about the car. After the test drive, on a cold snowy day, the car was rewashed and filled with gas which were nice unexpected services. Erica Graham helped finish details of the transaction, also in a very professional manner. She willingly answered questions,--even the next day as a follow up. We had overlooked removing the garage door opener from our trade in. Victor retrieved it and will send it back to us.
