We were told from a family member that we would be very happy with what they had in stock, and the staff. It was more then we could have hoped for. Shane Lanigan and Doug Wilt helped us on our visit, they were very easy to work with and were not pushy. They only showed me what I wanted and helped me figure out what would be best for my family. After test driving a few different vehicles we decided on the Toyota Sienna. They helped us pick out the model, color, and accessories. They also took the time to show us everything that we could get. They made us feel like we were they only customers there. After getting the vehicle in they made sure that we knew how everything worked in the vehicle before we even left the dealership, and also contacted me afterwards to make sure everything is still good. I will be going back next time in need a new vehicle along with recommending anyone that needs a vehicle to stop in and seeing what they have to offer. More

He was very respectful, knowledgeable and found answers to the questions we had about the car. He didn't pressure us or make us feel uncomfortable. He is a very nice young man and we think he is a valuable employee at Toyota of Boardman.Erica Graham was in charge of handling our paperwork and she went "above and beyond" to meet our desires. She was absolutely wonderful! She managed to let us keep our vanity plates on the new car, even though we are leasing it. We were very happy with our experience at Toyota of Boardman and we attribute it to the help of these two fine employees! More

Lease new Camry LE 2014.5 We came to Boardman Toyota to hopefully lease a new camry at the price indicated in a recent ad. We did not have a long wait before we were helped by Victor Piccione. Victor was very pleasant and friendly and took us out on the lot to show us the camry models that would be eligible for the lease we were looking for and explaining different options on some models. He told us if they did not have the color we wanted, it would be no problem to get it for us. After taking a test drive, we went inside to discuss details. Victor was very helpful and thorough in explaining the lease details and working out a fair amount for trading in our old car. We were very happy to drive off the lot in our new car. More

Excellent Experience at Toyota of Boardman! This was our first experience with Toyota. We had always heard good things about Toyota of Boardman, and with the current Toyota incentives that were This was our first experience with Toyota. We had always heard good things about Toyota of Boardman, and with the current Toyota incentives that were being offered, we decided to check them out. Scott Riddle and the other team members provided an excellent experience at Toyota of Boardman. Scott was informative, extremely friendly, and courteous to my entire family. Scott truly wanted us to have a great buying experience and wanted us to be satisfied with the dealership and our new car. Scott also was able to quickly complete our deal, paper work, and even took the time to go through the car with us during delivery. He even set up my wife's phone for the blue tooth setting and helped her program her favorite radio stations. Lastly, Scott made sure we knew about Toyota's two year maintenance package and their complimentary car washes. In the end we ended up with a first class Toyota Sienna at a great price and overall excellent experience. Needless to say, I will be back to visit Scott for a new Toyota Camry in the near future. Great Experience The car salesmen that helped my fiance and I buy a car was John Sallmen. Right from the start he was very helpful. We went in and as soon as we opened The car salesmen that helped my fiance and I buy a car was John Sallmen. Right from the start he was very helpful. We went in and as soon as we opened the doors he asked us if we needed help with anything. I already had a car in mind, 2014 Toyota Corolla. We ended up with the S Plus and love it. I asked about the Corolla and if there were any deals and he started telling us about the leases going on, asked if we had a specific one in mind and was able to pull it up on the computer. He went and brought it around, took some information from us, and we drove it. The thing I loved most about John and Toyota of Boardman is that we knew before driving the car how much it cost and that it was in our price range. I looked for cars at other places and they had us test-drive them first, fall in love with everything about the car, and finally let us know it would be $200 more than what we said we were willing to pay. When we were waiting for financing John made sure we were comfortable, made us popcorn, and got us drinks. Then every 10-15 minutes he would see if we needed anything. It was just a great experience and I would recommend John and Toyota of Boardman to anyone looking for a new car! More
