I brought it to the service department and they told me that they would correct the problems, no questions asked!! Gerald and Joanna were great to work with! They were very friendly and helpful! I got my car back 1 day later with all of the issues resolved!! It looks fantastic, and I am so pleased with all of the work that was done to it! After looking around online, I saw the certified used cars at Preston. I received a phone call only a few minutes after clicking online to indicate my interest in a particular model. Victor was friendly and very personable, and we set up a test drive for later in the week. He sent me an email beforehand with a list of all the documents I would need in hand for a trade, so no surprises there. My Grand Am went in for an appraisal as we took a test drive, and Victor had a breakdown of the numbers right away. In the end, I am very happy with the price - I did a lot of research online, and think what I paid was spot on. The whole affair was relaxed and stress free - one of the best experiences I've had buying a car. I will certainly recommend Preston Toyota to anyone else who is looking for a car. More
