I got my car back 1 day later with all of the issues resolved!! It looks fantastic, and I am so pleased with all of the work that was done to it! After looking around online, I saw the certified used cars at Preston. I received a phone call only a few minutes after clicking online to indicate my interest in a particular model. Victor was friendly and very personable, and we set up a test drive for later in the week. He sent me an email beforehand with a list of all the documents I would need in hand for a trade, so no surprises there. My Grand Am went in for an appraisal as we took a test drive, and Victor had a breakdown of the numbers right away. In the end, I am very happy with the price - I did a lot of research online, and think what I paid was spot on. The whole affair was relaxed and stress free - one of the best experiences I've had buying a car. I will certainly recommend Preston Toyota to anyone else who is looking for a car. More
