I first e-mailed Kevin, explaining two vehicles I was interested in. We set up an appointment to come in to look and test drive the vehicles. I was met by Andy at the appointment. He brought around the Kia Forte I was interested in and explained all the great benefits the vehicle has to offer. After the test drive, we went into discussed numbers, and came to a buying conclusion. He really helped me get to the price point I was looking for and made the whole process stress free. The staff is very friendly and the whole experience has been an amazing one. If anyone is looking for a Toyota or even a used car, I HIGHLY consider going to Toyota of Boardman and talking to Kevin and Andy! More

After looking around online, I saw the certified used cars at Preston. I received a phone call only a few minutes after clicking online to indicate my interest in a particular model. Victor was friendly and very personable, and we set up a test drive for later in the week. He sent me an email beforehand with a list of all the documents I would need in hand for a trade, so no surprises there. My Grand Am went in for an appraisal as we took a test drive, and Victor had a breakdown of the numbers right away. In the end, I am very happy with the price - I did a lot of research online, and think what I paid was spot on. The whole affair was relaxed and stress free - one of the best experiences I've had buying a car. I will certainly recommend Preston Toyota to anyone else who is looking for a car. More
