She was so upbeat and friendly when I first met her. She walked me thru all my options and when I had a concern, she answered it for me in an honest way. We discussed my financial concerns and even when I completely changed my mind on my car choice ,after the fact, she was with me all the way. GREAT DEALERSHIP / GREAT SALESPERSON!!! First off I have to start by saying that Tina Santucci is BY FAR the BEST car salesperson I have ever done business with!!! When I came to look Tina approached me and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I told her I was recently divorced and my credit score dropped because of it. ( when I told this to another car dealership I stopped at the night before, the dealer actually walked away when he seen another couple coming in to help them!!!) Tina never made me feel ashamed or made me feel like getting a new car was hopeless. The financing department was awesome also, they worked out a deal that I thought was impossible to ever get!! I left Toyota of Boardman in a 2011 GMC Terrain and I LOVE IT!!!! I will never go to another dealership again! I have already recommended Tina at Toyota of Boardman to two other people when I heard they wanted a new vehicle too! Tina did a great job helping me find my new vehicle, that I love!!!! More

I will never go back to any other vehicle, if you close your eyes you would swear you were riding in a Cadillac. Smoothest ride you will ever experience! Our salesman, Doug Wilt is awesome he will go out of his way to help you and work with you, truly a class act. Doug Peters is a top notch guy, anything you need just ask and he will help in anyway.
