FASTEST AND MOST PLEASANT CAR EXPERIENCE EVER!! I was having a very hard time finding a vehicle and my search was leading to failure. I did not know what I would do, I felt like I was going to have I was having a very hard time finding a vehicle and my search was leading to failure. I did not know what I would do, I felt like I was going to have to settle for any vehicle I could get. Then, I got a call from Tina and that changed my life!!!!! I initially was ignoring the calls because I did not know the number. When I did finally answer Tina was an absolute joy and was eager and ready to help. We then went over everything that needed to be done and I went into action. At first there was still some doubt because my credit situation is not the best but we were able to break that wall down and I was able to pull off the lot with a "dream car" of mine in the 2009 Chrysler 300 that I was able to purchase. When I got to the lot I was greeted with smiles and everyone was so nice. Everything was together and it was a fast but exceptionally pleasant experience. GREAT DEALERSHIP / GREAT SALESPERSON!!! First off I have to start by saying that Tina Santucci is BY FAR the BEST car salesperson I have ever done business with!!! When I came to look Tina First off I have to start by saying that Tina Santucci is BY FAR the BEST car salesperson I have ever done business with!!! When I came to look Tina approached me and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I told her I was recently divorced and my credit score dropped because of it. ( when I told this to another car dealership I stopped at the night before, the dealer actually walked away when he seen another couple coming in to help them!!!) Tina never made me feel ashamed or made me feel like getting a new car was hopeless. The financing department was awesome also, they worked out a deal that I thought was impossible to ever get!! I left Toyota of Boardman in a 2011 GMC Terrain and I LOVE IT!!!! I will never go to another dealership again! I have already recommended Tina at Toyota of Boardman to two other people when I heard they wanted a new vehicle too! Tina did a great job helping me find my new vehicle, that I love!!!! More

I bought my wife a Camry last year and she loves it. I just purchased my second Tundra (2015) and just when I thought they couldn't make them any better, they made it a lot better. I will never go back to any other vehicle, if you close your eyes you would swear you were riding in a Cadillac. Smoothest ride you will ever experience! Our salesman, Doug Wilt is awesome he will go out of his way to help you and work with you, truly a class act. Doug Peters is a top notch guy, anything you need just ask and he will help in anyway. Scott Riddle and Erica Graham are also two great individuals who will go out of there way to ensure that your car buying experience is a memorable time.
