During a nightmare experience at the Warren location the same evening, I spoke with Kevin Bertilacci, who offered me some honest upfront answers to my questions which helped my decision to return to Boardman. On 7/31/15, I returned to Boardman with my husband and was introduced to Kevin. I was very impressed with his professionalism and his honesty. The van we spoke about on the phone the prior evening was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. During the visit, we brought back Jim to assist with the sale because Jim was the sales associate that originally helped my husband with our decision to keep shopping Toyota. Both gentlemen were very informative and kind. They respected our privacy when needed and made us feel welcome. For the entire experience we felt appreciated. After the paperwork was complete, Jim took the time to go over my vehicle thoroughly. I can not express in words how good I felt driving off in my new ride. Kevin and Jim made this experience awesome and easy. I will definetly refer my friends and family to these two star salesmen. My salesman was Jim Barth, A+ I knew I wanted a truck and Jim Barth asked me the right questions to narrow down which truck would work best for me. He genuinely cared about my wan I knew I wanted a truck and Jim Barth asked me the right questions to narrow down which truck would work best for me. He genuinely cared about my wants and not about an up sell. From there he let me test drive multiple trucks and ask him plenty of questions. The truck I finally decided on was not on the lot, but Jim said that was not a problem. He went through the trouble of getting the truck from another dealership miles away. From beginning to start, he was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable salesman I have ever worked with. He was very professional but at the same time I felt as if I was talking to a friend.
