Assistance with out of state service I contacted this dealer after searching the internet for information regarding an update to the Nav system on a 2012 Prius V. I live in Santa Barbara I contacted this dealer after searching the internet for information regarding an update to the Nav system on a 2012 Prius V. I live in Santa Barbara, ca. and have not been able to gather any information from our local dealers. I talked with Joanna, on 1/118/2016 and she was also unsure about available updates to the Nav System but said she would get back to me. The very next day she called with all the information I was seeking. This is service above and beyond anything available in Santa Barbara. Knowledgeable, Helpful, and Friendly...Wonderful Experience! I have been to many dealerships in the past year trying to find the perfect vehicle, but was either met with an outrageous price, too much wheeling an I have been to many dealerships in the past year trying to find the perfect vehicle, but was either met with an outrageous price, too much wheeling and dealing, or pushy sales people. This was my first time at Toyota of Boardman, and I could not have been more impressed. I was met by friendly faces as soon as I walked in. Justin helped me immediately. He worked out a few pricing options on a couple of different vehicles and took me on 2 test drives. He was very informative and not pushy at all. I fell in love with the Rav4, and did not want to leave the dealership without it. Justin and a wonderful finance woman were nice enough to stay well past closing to help me with all of my questions. He even showed me all the bells and whistles of my new purchase. I am so excited that I will get to work with this team throughout my lease. Highly Recommend Toyota of Boardman! More
