I found 2 matching vehicles local to me, and gave Toyota of Boardman the first shot and making the deal and they came through. The purchasing experience was pleasant, and all interactions were friendly. Kevin made sure to answer all of our questions about the new vehicle, and took quite a bit of time and care to make sure we knew the features of our new car. Going through the information in Finance with Erica was more helpful than other financial experiences I've had in the past, and she made sure to explain the whole process in terms that were easily understood. After purchase, we had to return for some service as part of our deal, and Jessica was very helpful in setting all of that up for me, and ensuring that I would have a vehicle to drive while my new Toyota was there. The experience I had in the past week with this dealership is 100x better than the experience I had for the entire past 2 years with my old vehicle.
