From the Eyes of a First Timer After months of looking for the perfect truck for me, I felt exhausted. And overwhelmed. This would be my first bank loan and I was horrified, I didn't know the ins and the outs and I was worried I'd make the wrong choice. After seeing a truck I liked on ToyotaofBoardman.com's website, I decided to make the second step and see if I like it as much in person as I did online. When I pulled in, I was greeted by Jim Barth. I was warned by many to watch out for salesman, but Jim instantly got my trust. He walked up and shook my hand and never once forced anything on me. It felt as if he was there just to answer any questions I had and that was it. I never felt forced on the truck which I appreciated so much. Any question I had, he made to sure get me an answer immediately if he didn't know off the top of his head. Very kindly, too, he stayed over an hour after the dealership closed just to make sure all my questions where answered. The next day, after a night to gather my thoughts, I decided to take it a step further and talk about financing. This absolutely frightened me. I have never done anything like this and I'll admit it, I was scared to death. But the whole entire staff made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had. They were very patient with me, knowing I had very little experience with financing a vehicle. By the time I signed my last papers, I felt comfortable with my decision. Jim met me with a big smile with the keys in his hand to my new truck. The entire process was so smooth and easy. Days after my purchase, I stopped to see Jim again and he was as happy to see me as he was the first day, greeting me with a smile and a hand shake. He truly made the entire process enjoyable for me and I appreciate his help and experience immensely! More
