Wonderful Experience II had a great experience at your dealership. We were immediately greeted by Jim Barth. I had visited various dealerships in Pa., W Va. and Ohio and d II had a great experience at your dealership. We were immediately greeted by Jim Barth. I had visited various dealerships in Pa., W Va. and Ohio and did not have very good experiences. The friendliness and great personality of Jim far exceeded what I experienced at any of the other dealerships. Jim was truly interested in what I was looking for, there was absoutley no pressure put on me, and he just put me at such ease in the process. Jim suggested I take a test drive in the Camry to see how I liked the car. We went back inside the dealership and talked some more regarding the program Toyota was offering, etc. I signed up for the 36 mo lease program, paperwork was completed and I drove off with my new car. Rich was also a pleasure to deal with in completing all the necessary paperwork. Jim Barth is truly a professional salesperson. I would highly recommend Toyota of Boardman dealership. More

I went in the first time to look and test drive a new vehicle. I told them what I was interested in and they were able to get me to a very affordable price. The second visit was to purchase the vehicle which went very smooth. The entire staff is super friendly including the service department. The owner Shane Lanigan took the time to introduce himself which showed his personal pride in his dealership and staff. I would highly recommend going to this dealership. More

Quick, simple, and friendly Randy Rogan was knowledgeable and friendly. We felt very comfortable in our dealings with him. Erica Graham was our finance person. Service department was great. I called the service department to get my sienna an oil change. They were able to get me right in with no problems. I pulled right into was great.
