Mike Butream was the reason we leased a higlander My wife and I were hesitant for many months as to whether or not to lease a highlander. I originally spoke with Mike and he gave me a price. I spoke with many other dealers after that and all of them were more interested in getting me in a vehicle rather than making sure my wife and I were satisfied. Great Service I was well cared for by Assistant Service Manager Gerald from start to finish. When I dropped the car off for repairs he asked good questions about t I was well cared for by Assistant Service Manager Gerald from start to finish. When I dropped the car off for repairs he asked good questions about the trouble and made sure we both understood my concern and the possible work to be done. He then called back (after speaking with service technician) and let me know they had found the cause, clearly stated what needed to be done, clearly stated the time involved and clearly stated the price. I gave the go ahead and, due to the necessity of acquiring a special part, was told what time to expect the car to be finished. I told Gerald that was pick-up time would be fine because it was within the time I truly needed the car. But I was very surprised when I was called a half-day early to learn the car was ready! I felt I was truly well taken care of and, most important, felt I was dealt with honestly and fairly. Great Job! More
