I spent almost two years trying to find the RAV4 we wanted. After I found Toyota of Boardman I had one in only two days. The purchase process was totally pain free and they made sure I did not lose my chance at buying, as I was coming from the neighboring state, a few days later (they allowed a small cash deposit over the phone to hold it). The RAV4 comes in a huge variety of engines, trim levels etc., we purchased the exact one we wanted in the color we wanted with every option we wanted. We could not be more pleased and look forward to dealing here again. The price difference vs. my home town was also a shock and a pleasant surprise. They saved me several thousand dollars for taking a 40min drive to Ohio. More

I purchased a used certified car from them with a checklist explaining the car is in great condition. A couple months later, another dealership tells me all four tires are cupped and quoted me $1000 checklist explaining the car is in great condition. If you like being scammed or being taken of advantage, Toyota of Boardman is for you. Not only, like everyone else, do they not have any new cars in the lot, but also, in order to buy one, they are asking Toyota of Boardman is for you. Not only, like everyone else, do they not have any new cars in the lot, but also, in order to buy one, they are asking for over $7000 above retail. They said it's supply and demand. Since people need cars, they feel obligated to drag them over the coals. It's just business, they say. On top of that, if you have a trade in, they give you $800 for a $15,000 car in mint condition. They have no interest in selling you a car. Save time and don't deal with them. The salesmen and manager are as sleazy as you can imagine. More
