Sales people not telling about your car sending driving info to car insurance companies. They help you setup your account profile including that you consent sending information to insurers. On service depa info to car insurance companies. They help you setup your account profile including that you consent sending information to insurers. On service department side, it look so long to have a simple oil change with appointment. How much more for walk ins. More
Purchased my last 2 cars here and have had all of the services done here as well. Got a great deal on my purchases and always get excellent service. I have 2 service advisors that I always request. They get me in and out quick, give me a full report on current and upcoming services needed and never try to pressure with typical scare tactics I've dealt with at other dealerships with previous cars I've owned. I’ve been coming to this Toyota dealership for years, and to be honest, my experiences have been pretty terrible across the board—poor customer service, lack of communication, and a general sense that they d to be honest, my experiences have been pretty terrible across the board—poor customer service, lack of communication, and a general sense that they don’t really care. Recently, I was waiting for a callback for an entire week and even called the dealership multiple times to figure out what was going on, but no one ever got back to me. Then, I met Niko, a new sales and service employee, and he completely turned things around. Unlike everyone else, Niko actually listens and takes the time to understand my concerns. Anything he’s promised, he’s delivered on within 24 hours. He’s the only one who has properly followed up on all my questions and made sure I fully understood everything without trying to upsell me or rush me off. Niko’s approach is a complete contrast to what I’ve experienced before and is the only reason I’ll consider returning to this dealership. More
