Talked to Matt Shullte director of Fleet Sales who was low keyed,informative and friendly. Absolutely no pressure. My wife and I went their twice and both times he was courteous and patient. He located a Rav4 Limited Hybrid which had recently been released. This SUV is just what we wanted ( including interior/exterior colors) It has all the high tech safety features we had asked for plus the economical hybrid engine with AWD. It rides great and is a very solid vehicle. My wife and I are very satisfied with this purchase. Also Richard Rios who is their financial director was friendly and low pressure too. This made for a good experience all around. If your thinking of getting any Toyota and your in this area (Anaheim, Orange County) I would highly recommend this dealership. Long waiting time for just simple drop off I dropped off my car because of service recall. Home is only 1/2 mile away and waited for a ridiculous 45mins(still counting) of a shuttle drop-off to I dropped off my car because of service recall. One of their employees said shuttle is out and waiting for it to come back for my drop off. How long does it need to wait? It's good enough for 15mile round trip. More
