My husband and I were looking for a 2012 Prius Plug-in in Winter Gray Metallic. We called over 20 dealers in Southern California and were thrilled when Toyota of Anaheim said they had the car in their storag Winter Gray Metallic. We went in that evening and spent over 4 hours filling out paper work and beginning the process of purchasing the car. They informed us that they were unable to get the car out of storage that evening but assured us they had the car and we could see it in the morning. We left when the stored closed and made an appointment when it opened the next morning to see the car and complete the necessary paperwork. When we arrived the next morning they told us they wouldn't be able to get the car out until around noon. We live in Long Beach, which they were well aware of by this point, and we found it a little rude not to call us to let us know they wouldn't be ready for us until the afternoon; we did have to drive 30 minutes to get there. We went home to get other errands done and received a call from Aly, the sales manager who we had been working with. He called to let us know they no longer had the car! We were frustrated and confused to say the very least; our time and hopes had been wasted. He also told us the car was sold out all across Southern California, he said he had personally called all the dealerships and there were none in stock. Furious, we began to call dealerships on our own and within an hour found 2 in Thousand Oaks. He had lied to us a second time. We will never go back to this dealership and feel people should be aware that if they do not see the car do not believe for a second that they "have it in storage." Perhaps this was a mistake on our part, to begin filling out paperwork for a car we had not seen, but is it so much to ask to be an honest individual and not waste the time of your customers. It is worth your time going to a near by dealership, this dealership is awful! HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND LIED TO MORE THAN ONCE! More
I want to report a recent illegal practice "Bait-and-Switch" used by Miller Toyota of Anaheim when we were trying to purchase a 2012 Toyota Prius. On August 2012, after contacting the Inter "Bait-and-Switch" used by Miller Toyota of Anaheim when we were trying to purchase a 2012 Toyota Prius. On August 2012, after contacting the Internet sale department of Miller Toyota of Anaheim via email to get a price quote on the car, I was confirmed the price on the phone and email by the salesman. Therefore, I left work early in the afternoon to go to Miller Toyota in Anaheim to buy the car. At the dealership, we met the salesperson, then went to his office to sign the paperwork. We then were asked us to wait for him to get his coworker to review the paperwork. After about an hour, as to our surprise, he said that he could only sale the car at about $2000 over our Email / telephone agreed price. He said that his Financing manager did not let him sell it at the price we agreed upon. We then left the place disappointingly because they have treated their customers without any regards. I believe this practice is illegal and must be stopped. Therefore I want all buyers to be aware of this. More

We would HIGHLY reccommend Miller Toyota of Anaheim to anyone interested in the purchase of a vehicle. They made our 1st time buying experience a VERY POSITIVE one. Their customer service approach was great and at no point during our visit did we feel any pressure to make a decision. We had the pleasure of working with Adrian Cerna (Sales) who was VERY friendly and knowlegable. Adrian went the extra mile to find the exact car that we were looking for (i.e. Exterior color, interior color and features wanted) and called us the moment the vehicle hit the lot. We also had the opportunity to deal with John Varvara in Financing. As many of you may know the financing step could be nerve-wrecking, however, John manage to break the ice and made it a rather entertaining one. John broke down all of the different options that were avaliable to us. In the end, we left EXTREMELY happy with the vehicle, comfortable with our price and VERY satisfied with their exceptional service!!! Thank you Adrian & John at Miller Toyota of Anaheim!!! More

We took our 1993 Toyota in for a head gasket replacement but it turned out it need a whole new head because it was rebuild and it had already been machined. They got us a new one for a very reasonable price and did the work. They were very professional and addressed all our concerns. Work was completed in a timely manner and they even detailed our truck. We will be purchasing a new car within the near future and we will be buying it a miller Toyota of Anaheim! Also that old truck is running like it just came off the showroom! Thank-You! More
