Great salesmen, rude finance manager. Omar Swidan was very helpful and he gave me a very good deal on a 2012 Scion iQ I bought. His manager put in writing that he promised to replace the missing floor mats and antenna. However, the finance manager John Varvara was very rude to me, which ruins the entire experience. He wanted to rush through the documents, which I don't appreciate since I want to read over what I am signing. He also felt burdened to elaborate on some things that I didn't understand. In short, salesmen were 5 stars but the finance manager was very rude and unhelpful. More
