Walked into Miller Toyota of Anaheim with not a lot of cards in my hand. I was at the end of an expiring lease and wasn't sure what I wanted to do. When my husband and I visited Miller Toyota of Anaheim in late October of this year, we intended to do some shopping around; we have always taken the purchase of a car very seriously. We had previously made an appointment with Mr. Matt Schulte, Fleet Manager, who was waiting for us when we arrived. After the usual pleasantries, Mr. Schulte took us to his office where he began, in a very helpful manner, to inquire about our particular interest, needs and expectations of the automobile we wished to buy. This very nice gentleman impressed us very favorable with his knowledge of the product, his professionalism, his patience in answering our many questions, and also, he took time to enumerate and explain the many good, new features in the particular vehicle that we were interested in purchasing. A couple of hours later, we left Miller Toyota of Anaheim having closed the deal! First is Raul C. my salesman who went to extra effort to find the exact model and features I wanted, even to the extent of the color. Next is Jesse W. who spent more than two hours with me explaining the exact use and function of the vast array of features on my car; including many follow-up phone calls to his private cell phone asking for more information. Next is NIle V., the Finance Manager; providing us with a clear and excellent price including extra features and benefits, we hadn't even thought of. A great price, extended warranty for eight years, in addition the Dealership free maintenance service for two years. Next is Sergio V., Assistant Sales Manager who must have gone out of his way at least 10 or 15 times during out purchase and follow up visit making sure we got answers to every inquiry; summoning his staff specialists whenever expert knowledge was required. Finally, Juan G., the General Sales Manager stepped in to help whenever he could help and made his office open to me whenever I wanted to see him. Miller is a find organization with friendly, helpful, knowledgable people who stand out for their determination to help, please and guarantee satisfied customers. I would recommend anyone to go there. Even today, I recommended Miller Toyota to a stranger in a chance encounter in a parking lot who asked a question about my Prius and how I liked it.
