My family has three Toyota vehicles in excellent conditions because they always maintained under Miller Toyota in Anaheim in years and years. Most of the times, Kris Sharma provided services to. He is always very professional and courteous. He knows exactly essential services that my cars need to be done in order to save the cost. I always feel extremely satisfied, contents, and safe whenever I drive my cars out of the Miller right after they have just completed the service. I trust him with every recommendation he makes for my cars. He never pushes extra services that are not needed. I feel grateful to have Kris Sharma keeping my children and me safe on the road with our Toyota vehicles. I would like the Miller Toyota recognize Kris Sharma as your excellent employee. Also thanks to his mechanics technicians and the staff at this dealer …they are very wonderful and friendly staffs. I do not hesitate to tell my friends at work, church, and my neighbors about how good of Miller Toyota and Kris Sharma are when I know they own Toyota vehicles. More
The salesperson seemed responsive and knowledgeable, found the vehicle we wanted directly. The dealership was clearly told we would be registering the vehicle in another state and in fact did secure u found the vehicle we wanted directly. The dealership was clearly told we would be registering the vehicle in another state and in fact did secure us a 1-way transport permit. That part was fine, at least at the time. The ensuing rodeo [still unresolved 7 weeks later] to get the vehicle registered has been a disaster. The dealership apparently electronically registered the vehicle in CA, causing the DMV in the state we're taking the vehicle to to decline to register it. The dealership says they didn't do the CA registration, the lien-holder did it. The lien-holder categorically asserts it was the dealership. Who knows what happened, no-one wants to take responsibility. I DO know we can't recommend Miller Toyota of Anaheim, though I'd thought for a while we could & would. Turns out not the case. Caveat Emptor More
I just wanted to write in to let Toyota know about two people that provided me extraordirnary service over the last two weeks. Both the manager Kevin and associate John Howard went above and beyond to mak people that provided me extraordirnary service over the last two weeks. Both the manager Kevin and associate John Howard went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Long story short, my scion tc needed major service done due to oil leaking in my engine and damages were very costly. Even though I had realized my car was consuming oil much more than usual about a year and a half ago, unfortunately the source of the problem was caught when my car was already out of warranty. With that being said my bill was looking very high and dealing with the warranty was more stressful than you can imagine. Both Kevin and John were great partners in helping me find solutions to the problem. They made me feel like they were by my side, and they were through the whole experience. These two understand the true meaning of customer service and the service that they provided me was more than just exceptional and it will not go over looked. In the beginning this was a very unfortunate miss-hap for me since I took good care of my car, but Kevin and John knew how to turn the situation around and make it a positive one. I appreciate everything they did for me and the service they provided. I will definetely be returning for my services to all be done at Miller Toyota of Anaheim because of Kevin and John. Because of them you now have me as a customer for life! I hope they become commended and/or recognized for their efforts! Thank you again, I have my car back, it's running great and I am so happy! I came in for a routine maintenance check on my 2012 Toyota camray LE. I was pleasantly greeted by Bob Cross. I was taken to his office and I shared what I needed to be done on my camray. He was thorough in his questions and assured me that the work needed would be done efficently and within a reasonable time. He answered my questions in a way that made me confident of what he said was factual. When I received my car and was handed the paper work, I could see that the work was completed just as Bob said it would be. I visited the dealership on saturday Jan 4th 2013, I was greeted by mark as soon as I drove up,he introduced himself to me and proceded with a guided tour. Mark was friendly,imformative and helpful on the diffrent types of vehiles to choose from. He was not pushy, he didnt have that I got to have this sale attitude. He said he wanted me happy with my choices.I felt very comfortable with him. I told him I would be back the next day, with my decision. ( I know the normal sales approach is to get us while were still there)because of him not grabbing me by my throat saying I had to make a decision now, gave me the desire to return to Miller Toyota the next day. My last toyota, I bought was from Power Toyota, they were good to me also.I was tempted to go to them,but because of Mark I decided to do my deal at Miller Toyota. Mark made the sell smooth and easy. I will feel comfortable referring my friends to Miller Toyota. ( Oh by the way, I bought a 2013 Toyotta Corrola L that day) More
Summer 2012. We previously had 2 cars in our family, but since I was starting college soon, I would need my own car to get to and from school. We decided to go to Miller because our friend recommended it an since I was starting college soon, I would need my own car to get to and from school. We decided to go to Miller because our friend recommended it and it has the best deals. We went there the first time to check it out and take test drive. Francisco is the guy who sold our friend his car and helped us out. Didn't pin us down to buy a car right then and there. We went back a month or two later to actually purchase a 2012 Camry. Francisco wasn't there, but his wife who also worked there helped us out initially. She kept asking my dad for his driver's license and our phone number without explaining why. Don't give out your information if you don't know what they're going to do with it! If she just explained, it would have made everything a lot easier. She tried to get us the price we wanted, but it wasn't the same as what our friend got for the same model. Eventually, the manager came out to discuss it with us in a friendly manner (nothing condescending or rude) and we finally got a price that was pretty close. Financing was a bit pushing about selling us those extra warranties. Toyota has quality cars, why should you need warranties? Francisco even came in from home to show us the car works afterwards. Now that's dedication! Dec 2012. My dad called the number that was on Francisco's business card to inquire about a Corolla and left a message. My dad got a call back from a guy named Fausto claiming that Francisco no longer works there. We went in a few days after and found Francisco. What? That Fausto guy sounds like he's trying to steal Francisco's customers! We tried to negotiate on a price, but Francisco said there will be no more haggling. Apparently, that's what Toyota Corp. has decided, not the dealer. (Has anyone heard about this?) There will only be rebates in the future. Something about how some customers were happy with the price they paid but many were not. It's a shame. We would've bought 2 more cars from Miller, but now that Toyota has changed its rules, we will probably go to another car brand. More
