We would HIGHLY reccommend Miller Toyota of Anaheim to anyone interested in the purchase of a vehicle. They made our 1st time buying experience a VERY POSITIVE one. Their customer service approach was gre anyone interested in the purchase of a vehicle. They made our 1st time buying experience a VERY POSITIVE one. Their customer service approach was great and at no point during our visit did we feel any pressure to make a decision. We had the pleasure of working with Adrian Cerna (Sales) who was VERY friendly and knowlegable. Adrian went the extra mile to find the exact car that we were looking for (i.e. Exterior color, interior color and features wanted) and called us the moment the vehicle hit the lot. We also had the opportunity to deal with John Varvara in Financing. As many of you may know the financing step could be nerve-wrecking, however, John manage to break the ice and made it a rather entertaining one. John broke down all of the different options that were avaliable to us. In the end, we left EXTREMELY happy with the vehicle, comfortable with our price and VERY satisfied with their exceptional service!!! Thank you Adrian & John at Miller Toyota of Anaheim!!! More

We took our 1993 Toyota in for a head gasket replacement but it turned out it need a whole new head because it was rebuild and it had already been machined. They got us a new one for a very reasonable pric but it turned out it need a whole new head because it was rebuild and it had already been machined. They got us a new one for a very reasonable price and did the work. They were very professional and addressed all our concerns. Work was completed in a timely manner and they even detailed our truck. We will be purchasing a new car within the near future and we will be buying it a miller Toyota of Anaheim! Also that old truck is running like it just came off the showroom! Thank-You! More

Their Sevice advisors always give me a hard time everytime I come and get an oil change, because they want me to go for their expensive services they were offering to me and I always decline. Servi everytime I come and get an oil change, because they want me to go for their expensive services they were offering to me and I always decline. Service Advisor told me I was not the only one who was complaining about the receipt because the receipt does not even have the sales tax amount shows. He told me that's how they do now they just added it from the parts and labor without even seeing the breakdown, just the amount of the service they did. This is a bad business practice they do to their customers, I complained with the service advisor name Tim Richards to their Guest Manager name Peggy Mckay. I hope they will not continue this kind of practice to their customers. I asked Tim Richards when I was inside his office why they don't have the sales tax at least shows on the receipt, he told me that's the way it is now. They just included the sales tax without breaking it out on the receipt or shows, then I got irritated they way he answered me and paid him and left afterwards, then he followed me and I told him again and again that's not correct practice of business for not showing the sales tax on the receipt, then when I got inside my car he told me he will change it, but then I refused because I told him why when I asked you inside your office you did not offer to change the receipt? And he waited for me to get in to my car before offering me to change it and why in the first place he did not do that? More
So I call the dealer from Monterey about an add on their website http://www.millertoyotaofanaheim.com/weekend-ad.html. I wanted to buy 2 cars. The sales person Gabrael (a 25 year old overweight guy from Col website http://www.millertoyotaofanaheim.com/weekend-ad.html. I wanted to buy 2 cars. The sales person Gabrael (a 25 year old overweight guy from Colombia) gets my contact info and gives me his cell phone number. I tell him that it will take me 6 hours at least to get to Anaheim Miller Toyota from Monterey. I asked him if he can save me the cars on the deal on the add. He talks to his manager Carlos and they tell me they will have the cars for me when I get to Anaheim in 6 hours. So I get on the road and throughout the way I am in contact with this sales person. After 6 hours of long and tiring drive I am at the dealership. Gabrael comes to me and he tells me that he has bad news for me. So what is the bad news. All the cars on the adds are sold out. I told him that he got my driver license and other information and told me that he will have the cars for me. Until I was at the exit on 91 East freeway (2 minutes from the dealer) he told me that he has the cars for me within 2 minutes he was sold out of all the cars that were available. Then he tells me that he can make me a deal. His deal was to sell me the same car on the add for 20,000 dollars over the add price. In Monterey I could have gotten that car for 5000 dollars over their add price. So his manager comes in and tells me that he cannot sell me car for any less than that price. Similar to other customers review he tells me that he will lower my monthly payment by increasing the duration of the finance. Basically these guys lacked complete business ethics and had no sense of professionalism. I would like to warn other buyers from wasting their time with these guys. More
I went to Miller to test drive a new base highlander. I brought my wife and my 2 month old along with me. Upon walking to the front of the leasing office, I noticed there were 3 or 4 salesmen, leaning up against the wall, smoking. Now I have nothing against smoking, but one guy walks up to me, my wife, and my newborn without putting out his cigarette. He eventually puts it out after one of his associates tells him to. I had made a appointment to test drive the highlander, and he shifted me off to another salesman who would take care of me. This new guy was a real piece of work. Straight out of Glen Gary Glen Ross. It looked like he slicked back his hair with a tub of leftover bacon grease. Anyways, I test drive the car, tell him I like it and I want to talk pricing. He quotes me a price that was 8 grand above what I had been quoted at another dealership. I tell him I have a preapproved loan, and would be willing to walk out the door with the car for the preapproved amount. I give him the figure, and he leaves and disappears into the back (rather antiquated sales tactic). So he comes back and takes 500 off. I told him again what I was willing to pay. He disappears again. The general manager comes out, and he tells me he can't do it for that price. I ask him to an invoice for the car. Invoice price listed the highlander for 24 grand. I was offering 3 grand above invoice, so it would have been a nice little profit for them. Instead, he instead insisted on the same quoted price that turned out to be 9 grand above invoice. So I walk out. He walks after me and say, let me see what I can do. He comes back and lengthens the terms on a loan to 84 months, and actually INCREASED the price of the car to 10 grand above invoice! I walked out and went to Toyota of Oxnard (which the folks at the anahiem dealership said were just quoting me at the price I asked for just to get into the door) and purchased the vehichle for less than what I was quoted, and they beat the terms of my preapproved loan.
